Nokia is just creating navigation business to operators who can start charging for the A-GPS signal as an service + data transfers. They are also saving couple bucks with integrated chip instead of sirfIII -chip. None of the operators are currently sending the signal and if they start, they'll charge it for sure. Go and buy some device with SirfIII -chip instead.
