That 3G for Cingular is looking like a good midrange phone. Doesn't it seem like Samsung only releases phones that compete with each other. I mean, this phone will compete with the Sync, a717, a727, and the MotoRAZR v3xx (okay, *one* non-Samsung). Hell, but it's another phone; the more, the merrier! -----

Samsung releases a large number and variety of phones to cater to all of the needs of the consumers. It may seem like all of the phones appear the same on the outside, but each carriers different functions -- like the video capabilities of the 717 and 727.

Really? Explain some key differences, besides the appearance (which includes the rotating camera), between the a707 and a717.
Samsung phones are designed to look good, but at the end of the day, *most* just are the same gift in different box.
