I would assume that a true US-specific N95 would not have the front-facing camera for video calling, since no carrier supports that. This photo still shows such a camera. It's not impossible that they'd keep it, but it would be odd.
I dunno though, it's a gsm phone and att just came out with videoshare, and tmobile hasn't yet announced the full capabilities (or release date) of whatever high speed service they are going to come up with...
