Yeah, it's good he responded and all, but when like, 12 people still care about your products and 3 take the time an inquire about them, certain companies *clears throat* are less picky about these things. Hell, not only is this free good publicity, but, by reply via email, it also shows they know how to use technology.....now, just show us they know how to design it.
Once again, the reply was good but future plans--or at least a not-too-subtle-but-legal-nor-marketing-will-complain hint--about something upcoming wouldn't hurt. You know, to keep our interest.
And what comments could they have *not* agreed with? They *all* were dead-on and were vocalized non-offensively or at least nicer than I would've....but then again, he probably wouldn't replied to mine....maybe legal would've, though.
