The talk time is probably so low because it's on 3G. 3G is known for sucking the battery life out of a phone. It doesn't make the battery any worse, just the phone more power hungry.
Also, the $750 price is probably just a typo. If the person entering the information used the number pad on keyboard, s/he probably hit the "7" instead of the "4"; Seven is right above 4, I do it all the time...never on something so crucial though.
Like Sprint, which allows one to "access the nations" blah blah blah, AT&T need to higher someone to edit there stuff.
