It's going to be interesting and see how AT&T is going to react... I wonder if they're going to go after potential reseller too... But anyway I have the feeling that AT&T is going to have a different problem in a few months when the iPhone is going to be available in Europe... many countries in Europe require the cell phone company to provide the unlock code after a couple month : this is the law... If I recall correctly some countries like Belgium it is illegal to sell a locked phone... My point here is that when the iPhone hit europe I can see a booming business of purchasing unlock phone in Europe and resell them here in the US... Nothing that AT&T can do since the unlocking was totally legal.
