"Satisfied" iPhone 3GS owners
Of 200 iPhone 3GS users polled in August, 2009, 99 percent termed themselves "satisfied," with 82 percent saying they were "very satisfied."

i hope that screen shot is not an actual representation of the keypad. if it is, then they yet again failed to add letters to the numerical keypad for calls ...making it STILL impossible (other than by very good memory) to dial vanity numbers.
Well...it is all a touchscreen...maybe you can select a different view and get the characters in place?
