'au' may choose UMB but who the hell cares as their flavour of CDMA has reversed Tx and Rx channels compared to everywhere else on Earth using the 800Mhz band and they also DO NOT use ESN, MEID, or IMEI numbers - opting instead for a Japan only serial number system - making their handsets completely incompatible with any other provider on Earth.
