Especially for business users.<br><br>But, the 3gb, yes I can see. These types of rules are created to prevent people from "overusing" the network, if you will. People who use Slingbox, for example, require a constant streaming connection. Same with other video/audio feeds and other downloading. It clogs the network for everyone else.
