Familiarity is the only thing i can think the 16 key layout brings. without wifi it may not be adopted by any serious business or heavy email users and so i supppose the 20 key layout mey not be missed much by this phone's target audience.
I'd still love it with wifi and the 20 key layout but fear i'll buy it none the less!
