When I called the Sprint customer service number they said the plan doesn't exist, even though I read them the terms of the plan right from the brochure I got in the Sprint Store! The sprint store reps couldn't add it either. Any recommendations? How can sprint advertise the plan and not know how or be able to set it up?

Andrea123456
