I was out of contract and left Verizon a few weeks ago for AT&T and the iPhone. Very happy with my decision. I was indeed frustrated with Verizon dragging its feet with the XV6800. Before I left I spoke wih Verizon and was told that the reason XV6800 is still not out is due to testing. A bit of a delay is understandable but not 5+ months as Sprint had the phone out in June.
