Unlimited by Boost (UbB) costs $45/mo. in Houston. "Local" calling area stretches to Austin and San Antonio along I-10 and Highway 71 and between Austin and SA long I-35. In other words, "local" is very large. Sprint owns Boost, so the Boost voicemail system is actually the Sprint voicemail system, and calls between Sprint and Boost customers are considered mobile-to-mobile (not an issue on the UbB side, but great from Sprint customers). Unlimited text messaging adds just $5/mo. (at least here in Houston), but get this: texting is free *anywhere* you can get a signal on your UbB phone. For example, a UbB Houston resident can be in Chicago and send/receive text messages at no extra charge.
