There is a back button and two unlabeled softkeys. Palm OS ain't runnin' on this thing. This is just a really bad (or maybe purposeful) mistake by the graphics/marketing department. Too bad. Besides, you guys (conveniently) forgot to mention that Sprint's site for this says Windows Mobile 6 on the specs.
