Anyone seriously considering any of e-ten's phones should visit their forum. the glofiish line,particularly the x800 is plagued with problems. non-transflective screen is unusable outdoors, lack of ram causing random power-offs, terrible camera quality and horrible customer service. If there's anything I can't stand is horrible customer service, high end apps/gizmos that requires lots' of on-board ram, and a lack of ram. A perfect receipt for disaster. I thought I'd invest in this over the Kaiser 120, so I read the specs, went to multiple forums on different sites, and decided to go with the Kaiser after all. The very last thing I want is to have a brand new spanking device that's faulty and have horrible customer service, especially during the holidays, lol. Ba hom bug, lol.
