Of 200 iPhone 3GS users polled in August, 2009, 99 percent termed themselves "satisfied," with 82 percent saying they were "very satisfied."

Uhh, if you look at the Control Panel item for Sideshow (I don't know, I was really, really bored yesterday) it indicates something about working with mobile phones so I'd say this is almost guaranteed to be real.
