it's possible they're not rolling out the hsdpa on the cheapy phones, and saving it for the heavier stuff like the WM handsets. Why would you need the fast speed on a little handset like this, unless you were tethering it?

So far, all of T-Mobile's 3G devices have been UMTS only (384 Kbps max), not HSDPA (7.2 Kbps max). What gives?
