I had this thing a day and the trackball intermittently stopped scrolling up. Two different reps at the store lied to me, telling me nothing is wrong and it's all in my head. They also told me there were none left in stock. I called the store from another phone 10 minutes later and they had "plenty in stock". They also informed me that while you can get a refund (minus activation fee) or swap for a DIFFERENT phone in 15 days, they will not replace the phone if it has a defect, not even after *1 day*. Test the phone thoroughly before stepping out of the store. That nice attitude the reps had selling you the phone will disappear instantly if you have any trouble afterward.

Brad
