Watch the 24 most obscure NCAA bowl games on Verizon's V Cast

Are you ready for some football? How about full-length, live coverage of 24 NCAA bowl games. Sounds good, right? Just forget about big screen HDTV though, this is MediaFLO on your itty bitty cellphone display. Fanatics (in every sense of the word) will have access to games provided by ESPN Mobile TV, CBS Mobile and FOX Mobile through Verizon's V CAST Mobile TV. Unfortunately, none of the BCS Championship games will be available on the service. You will however have access to Roady's Humanitarian Bowl, Gaylord Hotels Music City Bowl, the Meinke Car Care Bowl, and Papa John's.com bowl to name just a few. "Must see" games Verizon -- really?

Dude, I LOVE college football. But, even on a 60" screen, you would have to pay me to watch most of the non-BCS bowls. No way on earth I'd watch it on a phone screen.

Of the people that do decide to view these games (or at least parts) on the cell phone, I would love to know how many of them are actually AT that game (presumably to get a quick "close up" of a play or to see a broadcasted replay.

Fans of the teams in the bowls sure as hell would call these must see. Heck I watch every college football bowl game I can, work forbidding.

And I for one sure as hell am excited about the Pacific Life Holiday Bowl, GO SUN DEVILS!! Thankfully I will be in San Diego to see that one live :-D

Sir, I would hardly consider the Cotton Bowl or the Gator Bowl to be obscure bowls. Non-BCS bowls are people too!

Oh yeah, and this article totally doesn't have a negative slant... riiight.

The reason VZW's VCAST Mobile TV isn't playing the BCS bowl games is a liscensing issue, VZW doesn't have the rights to broadcast those games. I personally think it's pretty sweet that you get all the other bowl games though.
