I use my phone for work but some times nice to use camera WITH NO CHOPPY Bull#$%! camera useless .. <br>video play back and camera unacceptable ! HTC got back to me on that through email.. how helpfull .. hahahahah they told me to do hardreset .. hahahaha.. how in the hell that going to help me? HTC needs to pony up some money or whatever to get this working. I love the customizations, but the whole reason for having the phone was to be able to take advantage of the hardware, and that isn't happening.  My Sony W330i was faster with drawing menus and Java games than this thing. What a great phone!  So many positive things.  But it's SLOWWWWWWWWWWW.  I touch "Contacts" and need to wait a second for the list to appear.  My 3 year old Sony was 10 times as fast.  When I press the "hard button" to end a call, it takes up to 8 seconds to return me to the Today screen?  Is this normal for a "smart phone?"
