They are false advertising also. Those aren't the real black and white n82's. If I came across that web site and ordered the white one thinking it would look like that, and it didn't, I would be quite pissed.

That just shows how pathetic of a company they are. Just fishing for orders because they can't wait to do it the right way.

GSM 850/1900/1800/900 UMTS 850/2100

I am assuming this should work in the US 3G because 850MHz is the 3G band on AT&T. Also, I have seen other (European) N95 8GB boxes and they only mentioned UMTS 2100.
