I am the original poster of this picture at my blog, and am wondering why JUSTAMP is credited, when Maximus there had nothing to do with it?

Thanks for the question - we discovered the picture via Just Another Mobile Phone Blog, which is why they are credited as a "Via" site. If you click on the picture of the phone or the Read link at the bottom, it leads straight to you.

Whoops, sorry about that. It's just that usually, it's something like this:
