When are Nokia and all the other manufacturers going to figure out that a keypad that is tiny *and* convex is a really crappy design. Using fingernails to place calls is not a great thing especially when your fingers hit the wrong key because it's convex. There's a reason why the original Western Electric touch tone keypads had concave keys.
