This is my 4th HTC device now. HTCs tend to crash more than the competition but I have always gone for HTC due to the feature rich functionality of the products.
Why, WHY!! provide a phone with a more superior processor than it actually needs, just provide the update and keep your returning customers happy, I will still get the latest greatest as and when, but for the time being I want better video playback!
Phones may last 2 - 3 years, but mine changes every year without fail, watch out HTC, hello next version of the N95, or iPhone, Samsung, or even a new SE p series when it comes out.
HTC just send us an update, it will keep a lot of us happy and quiet.
