This is what happens when you have a large market share in any market. You become arrogant/cocky and your products become cheaper because you nickel and dime everything. The HTC devices have made amazing advancements but now it seems they do more gimmicks than usefulness. Like the Tilt is cool but I would rather a larger screen than a tilting one. BTW, the RAM should have been 128MB in their devices since WM6 was announced. (Referring to earlier version of HTC Touch and Mogul).
I really hope a new company emerges and really challenges them.
