I'm on a plan (T-Mobile) that costs 3p (about 6c) for every message I send. There is no charge to receive messages.<br><br>I'm not terribly sure, but I think no EU cellphone provider charges to receive messages. The reason being, you can't choose to accept or decline messages - they just come to you regardless. Why, oh why, at these prices are we paying (in the USA) to send AND receive SMS?????????? I shouldnt have to pay for someone else's doing.
