Works well but removed some of my third-party icons. Had to uninstall/install them to get them back on (though some just won't work). Problem is, I can't seem to get my edge network going. Whenever I try to enter the settings, the screen goes black and takes me back to the home screen. I don't know what to do to resolve this issue.

Any thoughts?

Joe

Comments on iPhone 1.1.3 jailbreak goes live

Okay so it must be a previously jail broken phone huh? Well what if you already have 1.1.3 and it is not jail broken? Pretty much SOL? Every time I go to jailbreakme.com and click on the Install icon, it takes me to a page with a blue box and a question mark? Anyone know why? I knew I shouldn't have updated to 1.1.3, didn't do anything beneficial for me anyway.

JermTool

Comments on iPhone 1.1.3 jailbreak goes live

yea im with u jerm! i need help too! im new to all of this can sum1 please help me? itd be greatly appreciated! i wanna try this but i hav a 1.1.3 iphone with nuthing dun to it except that i moved icons around and made web shortcuts on my homescreen if u can and/or are willing to help please email me at runingbck31@yahoo.com thanx guys!

Eric

Comments on iPhone 1.1.3 jailbreak goes live

Well I upgraded my 1.1.1 Jailbroken phone and now after iBrickr gave me numerous success messages I get the ugly "recovery mode" screen. It removed all of my Apps except for Installer and doesn't seem to have any of the features of 1.1.3. While it says 1.1.3 in the "About" menu, the icons don't wiggle/move and you can't bookmark items to the Home screen. Also, apps wont reinstall because they dont accept 1.1.3 yet.
