I'm sure some really high users have been kicked off, but you have to be doing some extreme stuff, like posting multiple pirated movies to be shared with the world.

It's my understanding that Verizon (or any company) won't be allowed to put a cap on your usage, but they'll be able to charge you for it, however much it is. It will be nice to have the end of "unlimited" accounts that are actually limited.
