Yes you should be very worried. Not only will they lock your phone for AT&T, but by having your serial number they will be able to deny all services and flag your account for you using "customer-supplied equipment". Big mistake. . . . .
Ha. Nah dude. don't worry. How could they 'lock' your phone with only a serial number? They need considerably more than that. :)
