Wow, thats outrageous. I went to http://www.voceclassaction.com/ to get more info. It appears Almost everyone was double billed right before they went under. Nice cash grab Voce, way to screw the little guy.
I'm not usually once for conspiracies but Voce is making it REALLY easy. My guess is they either
a) needed to raise some cash fast in the hopes of keeping the company afloat.
or
(unfortunately this is more likely)
b) they decided to grab as much cash as possible before running away into the depths of banruptdom and mysteriously disappearing funds.
Scary stuff.
