like , if u upgrade to 1.1.3 via itunes and then unlock it?

The only hangup i had was that there is no GUI interface for the program. I had to run it in a command prompt in order to get it to work.

so i had tried to delete the old baseband which ended up messin up my phone,
now it couldnt be restored via itunes ( gave an 1604 error -dats runtime error) and was not recognised by other softwares,

Solution
downloaded new itunes 7.6- reinstalled the firmware 1.1.3
then after the activation hack, i downoaded the BSD subsystem then AnySim 1.3 for 3.9BL- it worked an the phone was alive again.
with all features of 1.1.3 working ( inc faux GPS..etc).

My Ringtones had gone Mute but it fixed itself after a sync with the computer - An patch on this issue has also been released in Installer]]>Feb 14th 2008 11:05AM
