The camera is horrible..HORRIBLE! The Razr will take the pic immediately but with the Scoop one must remain still for about a second or two after you hear the "click" sound on the camera. Plus, the lighting is a lot worse...it just can't compare to the Razr..and the Razr doesn't even have flash with the camera!

Also, sometimes there is a significant lag on the QWERTY keyboard..it takes a while for it to catch up..usually having you retype whatever you have been trying to key in. You don't even have to be typing that quickly...sometimes even slow typing will be VERY delayed.

Battery goes dead very quickly..I knew this going into getting the phone (toted 180 min. talk time) where the Razr is much higher. I didn't know how this would translate in having the phone/using it daily until I tried it for myself. When I shut it the phone shuts off.
The pictures are horrible.
Though the positive thing is at least I have a phone even though it doesnt help me when Im stranded because it will just randomly shut off :[
