Face it, if the Modu and all the jackets are more than the cost of a "normal" handset and a few adaptors, people are going to stick with their traditional handsets.

I like the technology behind the Modu, but I question if they can make the jackets inexpensive yet useful enough to warrent buying more than one. The biggest problem with this is that when the ipaq was released there were not many other PDA options avilable, it was slick and different and many were sold. Today you can already buy phones with all of these functions built in.
