@Sean - sure, but every other phone these days is a slider phone. "Glyde" says almost nothing about what makes this phone unique. It's a finger-touch phone with a QWERTY keyboard - that's a big deal. A sensible name would have alluded to that. Marketing the slider mechanism as the star attraction is - these days - like saying "HEY LOOK, it's a phone you can TALK on! Wow!"
