Oh, by the way, there's an $89.99 Sprint unlimited plan, too
If data isn't a priority, there's a way to save yet another $10 off Sprint's just-announced "Simply Everything" unlimited plan. For $89.99, it turns out that the carrier is willing to serve up all the domestic yapping you can handle, along with limitless messaging and Direct Connect. For a mere $10 on top of that, it seems like the addition of data is a no-brainer -- but then again, we know a lot of people that don't even know (or care to know) how to get to their carrier's mobile portal, so we imagine they'll activate a few of these.

I think Sprints motto should be. "if you going down, bring everyone else down with you!"
Well spoken mcrae79
Great plan, though my retention one from a few years ago is enough for me.
1200 minutes, 8pm nights/weekends, unlimited web, text, roaming, mobile to mobile, insurance, and 16% off total bill (total being $45) is just right for me.

Yeah right, in your dreams you have a plan like that. Loser!
Yeah, that's pretty much the SERO deal; I have a $60 version of it. Offhand, I THOUGHT the $45 version was "only" 800 minutes, and I got 1200 with mine, but I'm a bad consumer and never really check to see what my usage is, so long as my bill is about what it should be each month.
No matter what phone you get with these phone plans.
i think that a good case is in order.
i found one that would fit all phones.

Ha Ha only one more day till my contact is up with Sprint! :D
how is that relevant, you can change your plan to this anytime without extending your contract
actually the $89.99 plan is called everything 900 and it is only 900 min with unlimited text, mobile web and direct connect.
there's also unlimited talk, text and direct connect only no web that's also for the same cost and it is called talk/messaging/direct connect unlimited
there is also everything 450, talk/messaging/direct connect 900 and talk/messaging/direct connect 450. check it out:

This post is only about the second option you mentioned (with no data) so they aren't wrong about the unlimited minutes...
you are wrong foo! the unlimited 900 for 89.99 is just the powerpack 900 plan with unl text and sprint power vision ultimate pack tacked onto it. saving you $5 off the current pricing for that package. the $89.99 unlimited talk and text is unlimited minutes, text messaging, unl. picture messaging, unl. video messaging and unl. direct connect. $100 a month is normal for a lot of people. especially data users. you know, people on the current Sprint Power Pack Plans that have the 1350 minutes for $79.99, they also have unlimited text and power vision, thats an additional $35 a month. they can now go to cheaper plans with out the risk of overage costs. if you want to fight the Crickits and Metro Pcs's of the world you have to do it the unlimited way.
Honestly this cannot be that large of a revenue boost. Consider you're probably paying 45-50 dollars per consumer to keep your network up and running (that number decreases as you have more subscribers) and then take into account that a lot of your high end users are now moving DOWN in access to take advantage of this plan, and they are the ones actually doing most of the network use.
Not widely discussed or noticed, but Sprint has an unlimited rate plan that is half the cost of the $90 plan they recently announced. It is provided by their Boost Unlimited service. I recently made the switch and am paying $50 a month for the same level of service I was using under my old $60 plan and am getting unlimited text messaging with no contract requirement to boot! Overall, its a perfect fit for me and a much better deal than what I had before or could get under their new plan.
