I think when you say "old one" you are referring to the N95-1, not the N95-3. The N95-3 (a.k.a. "N95 NAM") already has 128MB of RAM, just like the n95-2 and n95-4 (8GB models).
I don't know about facebook (I guess the fact that this is important for you, plus your spelling, places you nearly a generation younger than me..), but this may be a flash lite v2. vs. v3 thing. The main difference is that Flash Lite 3 (only on the N95-2 and N95-4 8GB models) supports movie playback.
