"Satisfied" iPhone 3GS owners
Of 200 iPhone 3GS users polled in August, 2009, 99 percent termed themselves "satisfied," with 82 percent saying they were "very satisfied."

Chris, I don't argue with the sentiment, but...
the guy was in the role little more than 6 months... There is very little any exec can do during such a period.
Obviously, shareholders and consumers are getting bilked by those in the execs club. This is just one of the hundreds of examples that have happened and will continue into the forseeable future. Corporate America has some serious moral issues.
