I've had this for almost 2 months now. I bought it at my local Verizon store and it sounds great! When the earbuds are properly inserted the bass sounds deep. The only thing I don't like is the length of the two wires (for the earbuds), they are different lengths which causes excess wire to flail around. It also could be better with a neck lanyard of some kind.
The whole point of the extra length on one of the wires is so that you can put it round your neck to reach you far ear, doubling as a makeshift lanyard at the same time.
