Umm Bell Mobility is a CDMA carrier, AT&T is a GSM carrier, good luck roaming. You should be talking about Rogers, formerly known as Rogers AT&T, but the name was pretty much a marketing thing. I guess it didn't work out seeing as how marketing something American in Canada doesn't exactly buy you a whole lot of extra credibility.
