It's a fake. If you zoom in on the lower left hand corner of the front of the phone (near the heel of his hand) you will see that he obviously blurred the image to hide the LG Vu's buttons. It will look like water has spilled on the image and then dried.
And as others have pointed out the pixeling around the "iPhone", Apple Logo and Home button are evidence of a easy (sloppy) cut and paste job.
I more inclined to believe the previous spy shot than the one in this article.
