wow. that stinks. i was just about to see if there was any updates for the i570(pictured above in the article)that i'm getting monday. i really dont want to have to call a service center and be put on hold for 3 n a half hours just to find out either. plus i think my local service center charges $5-$10 for the "mandatory service fee" even just to look for the update, which is bogus.
