Why are people leaving Sprint? I have been a contract subscriber since 2000. I have no desire or plans to leave. Sure, for a while their phone selection was weak, but that has changed. I have know idea why people are complaining about their customer service - I have called CS maybe 3 times - once on a rebate status, and twice to get my employee discount billing in order. I think CS issues are like something of a self-fulfilling prophecy; the word is a company has bad CS, so when you deal with them you go in with a preconceived mindset. Service wise, I have no issues. Started with them in Sioux City, IA (small city) service was solid in town and along major highways. Now I live in KC and have excellent service. $15/mo for unlimited data, cant beat it.
As long as they provide service I will be with them!
