No surprises: Rogers to pick up BlackBerry Bold
Canada, HSDPA. What's the first carrier that comes to mind? No, not Fido, silly -- Rogers, of course! Makes a lot of sense, then, that Canada's GSM behemoth would be getting dibs on RIM's HSDPA-compatible hotness, the Bold -- not to say we didn't expect it, anyway -- and a new page posted over on Rogers' site encourages interested individuals to sign up to be notified when the device becomes available in their neck of the woods. Unfortunately, there's nary a clue here on exactly when Rogers customers will be able to mosey into the store of their choice and pick one up, but "summer" is a safe (and vague) bet.

Roger owns Fido and treats fido as step brother. No cool cellphones or data plans.
Umm, I don't think there's anything "subtle" about boldness...
Manny please know product before you bash something. Fido came out with unlimited data with their 20$ value pack, and has the blackberry connect, just doesn't have the actually blackberrys'. Which you could picked up an unlocked one. Fido may get the shaft in the Blackberry department, but it is a "working in progress" since they made a huge leap for Fido to get the Moto Q, and the Samsung Blackjack. When Fido only had the Nokia E62 which wasn't the best PDA phones.
Fido sucks it's gonna end up like ClearNet.
So question, does the Blackberry Bold have 3g or not? Thanks
