Concessions that these, in turn, would not give unless they got exclusivity.<br><br>Same as elsewhere (maybe except Italy?).<br><br>What does strike me is that they clearly did not pick the "best" partner in all of these countries.   For one, it seems to me that Telenor has much larger/wider coverage in Norway than does Telia.<br><br>Oh, and regarding the statement that the Netherlands seems to be the only place in Europe without an iPhone in the horizon: What about Denmark? Iceland?  Belgium? Spain?  Lichtenstein, Andorra, Morocco, Luxembourg? The Vatican?  San Marino?  Canary Islands?  Cyprus?  Greece?
