Verizon Wireless brings My Circle-esque plan to Business subscribers

From the moment Verizon Wireless made its intentions to purchase Alltel official, subscribers of the latter began wondering what the fate of My Circle would be. As it stands, there's still no definitive answer on that topic, but VZW is introducing a new feature for its Business users that bears a striking resemblance to Alltel's current merry-go-round. The plan, which is only available to customers of the Verizon Freedom for Business unlimited long-distance service, enables users to have unlimited conversations with five chosen numbers for $4.99 per month. Sadly, we haven't a clue whether the carrier is planning to roll a similar option out to its non-enterprise users, but the timing here is certainly curious, wouldn't you agree?[Via InformationWeek]
this was definitively in works way before the whole Alltel thing, its meant to work With Verizon landline business lines
i certainly hope the big red V doesnt screw over the Alltel customers who use mycircle... If I was a subscriber (im not) and they took that away from me i'd be frickin pissed.
what does this have to do with wireless?
it sounds like this plan is for Business Landline Long Distance accounts...
it basically is, its like you have a business with VZcomm landlines and your workforce has VZW cells they can call your business landline w/ unlm min
No that is not what it is at all it is for VERIZON WIRELESS (wireless being the key word for you idiots) And it is a 4.99 package that can be added on to allow you to add 5 number outside of the In network calling and those numbers will be free just like the my circle but they charge for it and it is only for business customers. It has nothing to do with verizon landline. But it is not avalible on the consumer accounts just business accounts. They are saying that it might be avalible for consumers when the alltel customers are switched to verizon which is supposed to happen areound the end of the year. Or just go create a business and switch your account to that
