I think you mean dual-mode.  Dual-band only idicates that the phone works on more than one frequency (850MHz/1900MHz for instance), but not more than one mode (technology).  That said, almost every phone available today is at least a dual-band handset. It called 2-On phones, you can chose from GSM-GSM on, CDMA-CDMA on, or GSM-CDMA on. Like its name, both of the SIM / RUIM card(s) are active (on). Although there're so many Indonesian self labeled brands, it actually manufactured by a company in China. That's why some of these 2-On phones look very similar.
