REALLY?!? I know call center reps have alot of free time, and you job consistences of hoping to get your next smoke break and screwing up customer's accounts until they get so pissed they storm into a store and scream at people for no reason, but if you really think your AD is going to get all high horse and start tracking some fat pathetic call center reap who works there because they could never hack it in face to face commissions based retail job at a corporate store...you got another thing coming.
