The EPA found that the percentage remained consistent from 1999-2005. Even as recycling rates went up, the amount of electronics reaching end of life outpaced the increase, leaving the figure static. (source: EPA, July 2008)

I can listen to my Rhapsody tracks thru Orb - don't really need the mp3 versions of songs. Since I use the Rhapsody To Go features, I deal with the drm. Nice that they offer the option though if I want to dust off my old 2G iPod color.
