They are when can get a fair amt of minutes + unlimited data for $30 through SERO. Let me know when Verizon has a similar plan without being on a x-yrs customer retention plan.
Any of their customers who rarely or never need to call Customer Service do, I'd say. The people that don't take Sprint seriously are tech blog writers and commenters that enjoy pretending they're not being raped by their other carriers.
@ TheGasMan- True, and not that I am a big Verizon fan myself, but they are consistently rank as one of the top customer service wireless carriers.
@ Corey L- the reason Sprint offers such great plans is because they hemorrhaging customers due to their shotty coverage. They need to attract as many disgruntled AT&T and Verizon customers as they can.
i love sprint. i beat them into submission after 5 years of being a customer and am getting a great deal on a family plan, and got all of my phones for free. (2 centros a moto q9c and a katana II or DLX or whatever... this was in november)
Service is good in southern california, but I would expect that from any provider.
Verizon matched my monthly payment but didn't have any phones I wanted for a price I was willing to pay.
