it was a fantastic phone, until cingular turned off whatever tower it was i was using and my signal dropped off to almost nothing. in the DC suburbs no less.
this doesnt look exactly the same though. not sure id be a fan.
The T-610 was my last GSM phone before I started working for Sprint. I had the same signal issues when AT&T was transitioning to Cingular. There was a tower right next to my apartment, but for some reason they turned it off and I couldn't get a signal at home anymore. I don't think I would buy this phone if I were still on GSM though. Looks like it would be too easy to push the wrong menu button.
